Security Notice

  1. DRSL is a service provided by the Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) & Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP), programs under the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment.
  2. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this service are prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.
  3. Your use of this system is subject to monitoring at all times. For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, this government computer system employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

Privacy Notice

  1. The administrators of DRSL utilize secure Cookies to enable timeout security features and user centered tools. All data is protected behind multiple firewalls and password protected at the user level.
  2. The following information is collected for statistical, troubleshooting, and site management purposes only:
    • Type of browser and operating system used to access the site
    • Date and time you access the site
    • Any errors you encounter
    • Who made changes and when these changes occurred

    This information is used to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

    Raw data logs are used for authorized law enforcement investigations and technical troubleshooting.

  3. Personal identification information (i.e., name and e-mail address) is collected only if specifically, and knowingly provided by you.

  2. Information in DRSL is provided as a service and, at the discretion of the DoD system owner, may be copied or distributed to other DoD organizations, federal agencies, and/or non-governmental reviewers. The DRSL support contractor (Noblis) has access to all system data.
  3. Parts of this system may be restricted to authorized personnel only. You may use any link that is not locked to you. If the area is locked there will be a notation to that effect next to the appropriate link, and/or you will receive an "access denied" error when attempting to follow the link.
